These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
The Company may change these Terms at its discretion. When changes are made, the revised Terms shall take effect at the time they are posted on the Service's website. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and, where practicable, by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Service.
